“Considerate lilia agri”. Ethics and Negation in Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to discuss the possibility of an ethics without negation, an ethics of One. Assuming that there is no normativity without negation, and no ethical subject without normativity, the paper tries to think the possibility of a life which is not grounded on negation, and it does so through a reading of Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s Ethics.
