Abstract

The Turing Test can be interpreted in behaviouristic terms, but the behaviouristic psychology entails assumptions on the epistemological meaning of

intersubjectivity that are disputable. My hypothesis is that: 1) the analysis of intersubjectivity should be connected to a non-monotonic logic, 2) Piaget’s genetic

epistemology could be used with this goal, 3) the troubles that in these years we
deal with in relation with the explosion of digital communication should be seen
within a theoretical framework where the notion itself of intersubjectivity should
be re-defined. Also the notion of intersubjectivity in Nietzsche’s philosophy is
considered.

Keywords

Intersubjectivity, Turing’s test, Non-monotonic logic, Critical thought, Induction.
